Unplug and pause from the relentless busy-ness of life and spend a whole weekend nourishing, resting and connecting deeply.

When we stop and pay attention to our inner life it feels like coming home. We come home to our heart, our body and our mind with fresh, clear eyes; cultivating deep respect, kind compassion and honest acceptance of this unique organic being that is Me. We realise that there is nothing we need to do, or be, or become.
 
Over the weekend we will do simple yoga practices - gentle asana, breath work, yoga massage, meditation and deliciously long relaxations - to support this process of befriending ourselves, refining our listening skills, and coming home to rest in the ever abundant river of life.

About Clearview

Clearview is 90 minutes drive north of Melbourne in central Victoria.  The retreat centre overlooks the spectacular King Parrot Valley. It backs onto the Tallarook forest and ranges, with immense views across to Mount Buller and other mountain ranges. Clearview is located on 87 acres of bush with blue gums, a tea tree forest, grasslands and majestic granite rocks. Attending a retreat at Clearview is a deeply nurturing, nourishing and exclusive experience.  You are a guest in the "off the grid" home and one of a maximum of 8 students.

Weekend retreats include 5 yoga sessions, accommodation, guided nature walks & delicious, home cooked vegetarian food, prepared by friendly and welcoming hosts, Jos and Paul.
