The entry level to SunYoga.
Learn yoga basics – for beginners & those with a little yoga experience. Step by step instruction to learn the foundations of yoga - Postures, yoga breathing, meditation & relaxation. Suitable for all ages & all levels of fitness.

For those who are ready & committed to learning a wide range of eclectic yoga work. We work with seasonal energies, flowing sequences, inversions, partner work, etc... (by agreement with Claire)
SunYogercise & Women’s SunYogercise

Open to every body and every belly. Playful & fun. You get all the benefits of yoga with emphasis on toning, strengthening and having fun. Get your heart beating, shake your booty and wind down with a beautiful guided relaxation.
We begin with a gentle warm up, move into a broad range of yoga postures and then do a dance/movement, low impact cardio section designed to get your heart working. Classes will be adjusted to suit participants present but some prior yoga experience is advisable.
Note - Women's SunYogercise is for women only! You get to exercise in a safe, inclusive and non-competitive environment. SunYoga is an upstairs studio, completely private and guaranteed male-free for the duration of the women's class.

Classes are suitable for children aged from 4 - 12 years. The 4 - 8 years class focuses on play, imagination and creative expression and the 8- 12 years class moves towards a more traditional experience of Yoga.
Yoga for children is lots of fun. Inspire & delight your little yoginis and help your child to:
Attend a block of Pre-Natal Yoga & receive the following extras at no extra cost!
Pre-Natal Yoga is suitable for all mums-to-be from 12 weeks onwards.
Connect with your changing body & growing baby as you progress through pregnancy. Classes include yoga postures, breathwork, meditation & relaxation techniques.
This seasonal yoga class is a great way to start the day. Open to all ages and levels of experience.
You will be energised and feel fit and ready for whatever your day brings...
