General SunYoga (90 mins)
Suitable for adults with some yoga experience looking for a moderate practice.
Dynamic SunYoga (90 mins)
Suitable for adults with some yoga experience and good general fitness looking for a strong practice.
Community SunYoga (60 mins)
For every body and every budget! Suitable for adults looking for a gentle practice. Those who are unable to pay for a regular class are encouraged to attend.
Minimum 4 week commitment. Suitable for those with chronic lower back problems.

Children's
Suitable for boys and girls aged 6-12.
Yoga for children is playful, light and lots of fun. An excellent way for children to:

Pre-Natal
Suitable for all mums-to-be from 12 weeks onwards.
