Yup, it's that time again for us southern hemisphere-ites... The winter solstice fast approaches, and we feel the effects of less sunshine and long, cold nights. For the next month or so we can expect to have a little less energy. It is helpful to remember there's a reason for this - so be kind, take extra care of yourself, and if possible consider reducing your activity a little.
Perhaps a little nature bathing is in order?
In the spirit of doing a little less and keeping things simple, there is no feature article this e-news.
Instead, I make this simple offering of sharing some wintry, recent shots of Kororoit Creek. (thanks to Robert Jackson for sharing his photos).
