"I have come home. I am at peace. I know that this (yoga) is what I need to be doing in this life… Every time I come back to class I feel I have come home" Jenny P
At SunYoga I teach gentle, simple, Hatha style yoga classes that are suitable for all, including beginners. Everyone is welcome to come along and try a class.
A typical SunYoga class begins on the floor, connecting deeply with breath and body, gently warming and mobilising the spine and major joints. We then move into a combination of stretching and strengthening yoga postures, and the class concludes with some slower practices of guided relaxation, yoga breathing and/or meditation and the occasional chanting (if you wish to join me). My aim through the art of SunYoga is to help you to unwind, release habitual stresses, connect deeply, and foster a more relaxed, present and contented experience of life.
Classes generally run during school terms, (dates listed below - scroll down).
All levels are welcome and you can start anytime.
Class sizes are limited - book your place with Lisa before attending.
*1 free class offer for new students only.

"Thank you so much for class this year. It has been amazing and quite life changing actually. I've loved your teaching style and how yoga has helped me feel stronger in body and mind. Issues I have with my shoulders and calves and just general wellbeing have vastly improved. And it's been so good to ease up on the striving and get better at just being. Really good to remember! Thanks again. Cheers x " Jess D, 2016.
